Dressed shredded slaw 

Crunchy and perfect with any bbq, easy to make just grab a mandolin or slicing attachment on your food processor, you can use whatever is in your fridge but cabbage is always a good base both red and white, then i suggest carrot, zucchini sliced with a peeler long ways, broccoli, asparagus, bean sprouts, and anything else that is one of your favs 

For the dressing 

  • 50g Dijon mustard 

  • 50 ml soy sauce 

  • 50ml apple cider vinegar 

  • 50ml extra virgin olive oil

Either in a small bowl whisk all together or shake in a small jar, season the vegetables and dress with the vinaigrette
