Butternut, green beans, cumin and sesame 

Perfect with any grilled meat or as a vegan option 

I love this warm salad, peel and dice one butternut about 5cm squared, gently coat with olive oil, cumin seeds and salt and pepper and roast @ 180 for about 25 minutes or until slightly caramelised. Top and tail and half green beans cook in boiling salted water for about 3 mins then refresh them in ice water to stop the cooking process. Toast 1/4 cup sesame seeds and toss with all together with the butternut and green beans. Too good 😊
